Geschichte

A family business, Alphabet Moulds have been designing and manufacturing EU and FDA approved food grade silicone moulds for cake decorating since 2010. All our moulds are manufactured in our own workshop here in Austria. The silicone we use is produced in the UK, tested in a UK laboratory and certified safe for use with sugar paste, marzipan, Isomalt, chocolate. All our moulds are a neutral light/mid grey in colour, this keeps costs down because any colouring added also has to be tested safe for food use to keep the certification current. The moulds are also suitable for jewellery making and craft applications. The moulds have a working temperature of -40 to 200 deg C. Over 300 designs available from Alphabets to Zips.
