Sehr schöne Location. Nur ein paar U Bahn Stationen in die Innenstadt. Alles tiptop in Schuß und sauber. Check in problemlos mit Automat. Komme gerne wieder.

WARNING: This aparthotel falsely accused me of smoking in the apartment and automatically charged me 150 euro. But I, as a non-smoker, couldn't haved smoked in that room. So please keep in mind, that you can lose your money if you take this hotel.

Doesn't deserve any star. Not customer friendly and not ready to help their customers as long as they have made their money. They're not flexible. I felt they're here to extort and not serve. Be wise before you lose your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! DON'T BOOK.

in response to your reply; you know very well the platform through which i made my booking tried to address the issue in the view of some refund but you were reluctant.  The auto reply i received from the hotel (which i shared with you in one of the emails we exchanged) indicated that the hotel has the discretion to make adjustments to any cancellation fees. It is with this understanding that i requested you to consider my case. Anyone can make mistakes and truth be told you were not ready to help. 

People make mistakes, travel plans change and you're not very flexible to accommodate as long as you make your money, customer satisfaction doesn't bother you.   

ONLY A PERFECT PERSON SHOULD BOOK YOUR PLACE!!! that way they're sure they didn't make any mistakes nor are their plans going to change.
