In March we stayed here for 1 week. This is a very beautiful and comfortable apartment in the center of Kitzbühel. The ski bus is 50 meters from the house. There is also a supermarket in front of the apartment. The bakery is 5 minutes walking. The Hahnenkammbahn is 10 minutes walking. The apartment has 2 nice rooms. 1 small and 1 big room but even the small room is big enough. It’s a nice kitchen with dishwasher. There were only 2 dish tables available that was not too much. The living room was also nice with a large tv. The couch was just big enough for 4 persons. This could be a little bit bigger but it was ok. The apartment has also a large balcony. The bathroom was also quit big with 2 sinks and 1 very big rain shower. It was a very nice shower. Conclusion: this is a very nice apartment , perfect for 4 persons , perfect location. 
The only 2 negative points are: check out was at 10 am but at 915 there was already a cleaning lady. We didn’t make a point of that because we were almost ready but 10 am is 10 am. And we had a train at 20pm and the check out was 10 am but there was no possibility to drop our luggage in the big basement room from the apartment. Luckily there was a hotel in the neighborhood who was so friendly to help us.

But I can really recommend this apartment!
