I'm speechless. The host forgot about my reservation! He didn't pick up my calls for 1 hour. I had to wait 2.5 hours for him to arrive! The room's dirty AS. There were grease stains everywhere, the cups were chipped, some of them broken. I was billed a 'sanitary' fee cause the dude told me a lady would come to clean the place, and that simply didn't happen. In addition, the cooker had a malfunction and I wasn't able to have tea in the morning. No bathroom heater. The room stinks. Please think twice, no, think three times before you book!

Horribly filthy! This place is nothing like the pictures that the owner uploaded. Never seen anything that dirty in my entire life. Cleaning fee is a complete rip off! The facilities don't work. What a terrible waste!

FRAUD ALERT!

We booked this apartment on Booking, arrived on time and payed in cash as requested. Three weeks later, we received a message from Booking saying the owner of the place reported we never checked in! We called Booking to let them know we actually stayed at that apartment for 3 days... They called the guy back, and he confirmed it never happened! He demanded that Booking block a certain amount on my credit card! Luckily, I saved the receipt he gave us after we paid. So I sent the receipt to Booking, they apologized and promised to sort it out. A week later, the host contacted Booking AGAIN! Again, he lied to Booking claiming we never visited his place! I had to resend my proofs. Now it's being sorted out the second time. Not sure if it's gonna end this time, but I also have some photos of us staying there, so hopefully I'll be able to fight him back. 

I solely believe this guy is a scammer, he tried to scam us! I would strongly recommend to avoid his place not only because of what he's doing but mostly because of how terrible the apartment is. Just check this:

- It's dirty all over the place! The room is dirty, the kitchen, the fridge - everything! No mop to clean the floor. No trash bags available. The window blinds are broken, looks like a wild party took place there. Weird.
- The owner made us pay additional 20 euros for cleaning. Nobody cleaned the room! Neither before we arrived, nor during our stay.
- The heater barely works at all: it stops heating 10 seconds after you turn it on. We were never able to make it heat. It was cold. Period.
- It is literally impossible to sit on the toilet! The sink is located 10 inches away from the toilet, you will hardly be able to place yourself on one side of the toilet seat.
- There's definitely a hole somewhere in the shower pipeline. When we arrived, the floor was all wet. If you turn on the shower, you see water everywhere. The real problem is that some unidentified insects live in that water! They look like little leeches! It was so disgusting we even filmed that on camera.
- The WiFi is so slow, I would say it doesn't work at all. No electric kettle. If you seat on the sofa, you can't watch the TV.
- The owner never answers the phone.

To sum up, I'm happy to have saved the original receipt. Otherwise he would have ripped us off for sure. He ripped us off on cleaning, now he's trying to make us pay twice for renting his awful apartment. My strong advice is to stay away.

Very dirty place. unfriendly personnel, he detained my ID until I paid him the money. He told us it's 40 euros per night and demanded 85 euros when we arrived. Don't go there.

Extremely disappointed. The landlord obviously makes money scamming people. He doubled the price he named before! Just don't waste your money on this rotten hole. Oh boy, I wish I read the reviews first!!!
