Der ART SPACE im ehemaligen Benediktinerkloster Stift Millstatt beherbergt mehrere Organisationen aus den Bereichen zeitgenössische Kunst und Tanz, dient als Raum für Ausstellungen, Performances, Workshops uvm.

ART SPACE stift millstatt in the former benedictine monastery of Millstatt houses different associations in the fields of contemporary art and dance and is also space for exhibitions, performances, workshops etc.

Wunderschöne Kirche

Millstatt am See - a városka nevéből eredeztetett nevű tó partján található. A római idők építkezéseinek 1000 oszlopát idézi a "mil" előtag.
A XV. sz. második feléig bencés apátság működött itt, majd a Szt. György lovagrendé lett. 
A templom és a kerengő gyönyörű román kori részleteket tár elénk.
A lovagrend idején kapta a gótikus mennyezetet. Utánuk a jezsuitáké az épületegyüttes, barokk átépítés és templombelső kialakítása kapcsolódik hozzájuk.
Megemlítendő a kolostorudvarban az 1000 éves hársfa is.
