LUXURY HOUSE IN AUSTRIAN SPA / SKI RESORT OF BAD GASTEIN SOUTH OF SALZBURG

CasaNeve is a large historic charming house with 3 luxury and very spacious independent apartments. The house can accommodate a total of 25 people of which 18 on regular beds. The smallest apartment is 88 m2. CasaNeve was completely refurbished in 2012, and transformed into modern, comfortable, yet still charming apartments. Each apartment has a very well equipped kitchen, and all the comforts you will need during your holidays such as for instance 40" Smart LED TV, bean to cup Bosch coffee machine, DVD player, free wireless internet, bluetooth adapter to stream your own movies and music to the TV, plenty of sitting and dining space.

The house has its own ski and heated ski boots storage facility, however we are approximately 300 mt from the foot bridge that takes you the main ski lift which has a very handy ski/boot storage facility in case you did not want to bring your skis back and forward from the house.

We are centrally positioned just above the old centre of the town, and in-between the main ski lift and the centre. Hence you could always walk 100 mt down a foot path and catch the ski bus from the old centre, in case you did not want to rent a car or walk to the ski lift. From the ski lift walking back to the house is about 5 minutes; no need for any ski bus.

Around the house you have a choice of bars, hotels, restaurants, all within a 50 mt radius. One of the best restaurants in town is just below our house.

We have 3 apartments in the house, so we can rent the apartments individually or the whole house in case you needed to accommodate a larger group:

Apartment Valentina: sleeps 8 (including 2 single pull out beds, and 1 double sofa bed). 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, loft apartment with an open space but separate kitchen, dining, and living room area, plus a gallery.
Apartment Livia: sleeps 10 (including 1 double sofa bed). 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very spacious 101 m2 apartments, same furniture and style as Apartment Valentina, separate kitchen, dining, and living room area.
Apartment April: sleeps 7 (including 1 single pull out bed). 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, separate kitchen/dining, and living room area, again same furniture and style as Apartment Valentina.

Each apartment comes with a free parking space in the public car park.

The apartments are also available at summer since Bad Gastein is in the Hohe Tauern National Park and a major walking and trekking resort.
