Geschichte
We have developed a beautiful old house in the center St Wolfgang into luxury apartment suites. It is one of the oldest recorded house here dating back to 1416. We are really interested in the history of the house and hope that you will be too. We have taken it back to it's original colour...green, and there is so much charm that we have restored throughout the property. 
We have really enjoyed the development of our project and have also made a few discoveries, including an old shoe that we believe to date back to C19th when the street was then known at the 'Shoe Makers'. We have also uncovered the beautiful stones from the lake that were used to build the house and turned them into a feature in our entrance hall. 
The Green House was also once the home to the ice store of one of the first brewery's in the region as it was built into the rock. Now the ice store has been extended into a wine cellar.
