Geschichte
Doyobe! is an association established in 2008 that is dedicated to the promotion of youth culture in Salzburg. The club organizes international youth exchange programs and events, inviting young people from Salzburg, Austria and countries in and around Europe to become acquainted with youth culture and peaceful coexistence. Emphasis is placed on active participation, sustainability and a contemporary presentation. The association's goal is to make Salzburg a European center for youth culture. The program features dance workshops, youth motivation seminars, discussions, excursions, etc. The Doyobe! association focuses on equal opportunities, the integration of minorities and the prevention of alcohol and drug abuse.

Do your best
The name "Doyobe" is derived from album Fight ToWin by Fela Kuti, the African pioneer of Afrobeat, and stands for "Do your best." "Do your best" projects were introduced in 2007 and are supported by a number of public agencies, organizations and other sponsors in Salzburg. 
"Das Doyobe Team hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt einen positiven Beitrag zur Gesellschaft in Bayern zu leisten, in dem es durch seine Aktionen sozialer Ungerechtigkeit und Chancenungleichheit in Bezug auf Bildung ein Pendant entgegensetzt. Mit unserem Projekt “SPACE“ schaffen wir dafür einen Ort der Begegnung, Inspiration, Entwicklung und Bildung. Gewährleistet wird das durch innovative, soziale und kulturreiche Inhalte."
