This luxe 4 star chalet is situated in a superb location in the town of Bruck an der Großglocknerstrasse in Austria. It has a lot of privacy, being surrounded by a 700 square meter garden.  At the same time it is situated within 400 meters of the town square. This town is loved both in summer, as in winter.

From here you can ski in Zell am See, or on the well-known glacier Kitzsteinhorn from Kaprun. A start has been made to connect Zell am See-Kaprun to Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. This will be finished in the end of 2018, by this time you can enjoy 350 km of connected slopes!

In the summer you can walk the Hohe Tauern park or climb the 3798 high Großglockner. Children will love to see the massive Krimml waterfalls or take a boat on Lake Zell. On walking distance of the house you will find a pool with a giant waterslide.

The chalet is situated in walking distance of the bank, supermarket, restaurants and town centre of Bruck. The (ski) bus stop is <300 meter from the house.
