Moroder Haus v malebném horském středisku Mayrhofen v Rakousku je nově zrekonstruovaná (2014) vila z 19. století s dlouholetou uměleckou tradicí. Dům vyniká svojí jedinečnou polohou v centru města s mnoha obchody a restauracemi a přesto v klidné části blízko lesa s běžeckými a pěšími turistickými trasami. 5 minut chůze od domu se nachází také minigolf, aquapark, brusliště, dětské a fotbalové hřiště a řada dalších zajímavostí. Zastávka ski bus je jen pár kroků od domu. Na lanovku na Penken se dá dojít i pěšky. Moroder Haus se nachází 1 hodinu jízdy od mezinárodního letiště v Innsbrucku.

The house stands out for its unique location in the city center with its many shops and restaurants, yet in a quiet area near the forest with hiking and cross-country hiking trails. 5 minutes walk from the house is also mini golf, water park, skating, children's playground and football and many other attractions. The ski bus is just a few steps from the house. The funicular to Penken can also be reached by walk. Moroder Haus is located one hour's drive from the international airport of Innsbruck.
