Geschichte The Litz River originates from a 7-part spring near the „Fresch Alpe“ on approximately 1,800 m above sea level. Another part of the water comes from the Lake „Langsee“, which seeps subterraneously into the Litz.In the course of time the river created the „Silver Valley“ in a slightly bellied river course. From the right side comes the Gaflunerbach (Length: 6.5 km) out of the „Gafluner Valley“. After the River has overcome about 22 km, it finally merges with the Ill in Schruns.
