My wife and our two children have stayed at this lovely farm near Bad Ischl for our main summer holidays 3 times now over the years and we will definitely be going back again. 
The location is perfect and surrounded by beautiful countryside on all sides. More importantly it's perfect for families and kids can run round and do things on the farm and are provided with a wealth of choice and activity.
The farm owners Rosemarie and Wolfgang are super friendly, helpful, and totally easy going and have two lovely children themselves. 
The accommodation is great. A kitchen containing everything you need, plus all the bedrooms are cozy, and nicely decorated.
Extra's include, eggs and milk direct from the farm animals! and if you want to get stuck into the nitty-gritty you are welcome to help feed the cows in the shed on a daily basis. 
Just up the road from the farm is a beautiful gorge and a superb trail up into the mountains. We can heartily recommend this place. You'll be hard pressed to find somewhere as good.
