Hands On! (HO!) is the international association of children in Museums.

Geschichte

Hands On! is an international network of museum professionals aiming to make all mueums and science centers meaningful places for children.

Hands On! believes that museums should encourage curiosity and imagination in children who visit them. We recognize the role and significance of both collecting and non-collecting children’s museums. Hands On! is committed to the professionalization of all museums that welcome children.

Hands On! has members from more than 20 different countries worldwide. Our members range from large institutions to ambitious individual museum professionals.

Any museum, science centre or professional dedicated to making museums more fun for children is welcome to join Hands On!
