IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

On which days there are dogsledding tours?
- Monday and Thursday
- But only if the weather conditions are ok!

Duration tour:
- ca. 30 – 45 minutes

Husky Spirit meeting point / start:
Langlaufhütte “Blinkender Hirsch” Vordertalstrasse 118 Gosau 4824; next to main road

Prices per ride:
1 adult ( max. weight 95 kg ) : € 45,-
1 adult + 1 child ( age child from 3 yrs max.6 yrs old ) : € 60,-

2 Children ( age from 7/12 yrs ) : € 70,-
1 Child ( age from 13 yrs or older ) : € 45,-

Requirements:
- Minors under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a parent or tutor on the sled ride
- Children younger than 3 years old are not allowed.
- 2 Adults per ride is NOT possible
- Not suitable during pregnancy
- Participant should be physically fit – Max weight 95kg pp.
- Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to come on the tour or near the dogs.
In such circumstances no refund will occur.
- Husky Spirit has the right to refuse anyone who does not fulfill these requirements

Terms of payement:
- We require the total amount of the tour to be paid in full in cash before the tour starts, credit cards not accepted.

Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for reasons that may include but are not restricted to unforeseen or unexpected equipment failure, adverse climatic, conditions, road and/or snow conditions or prohibit individuals to further participate, if participant(s) do(es) not follow the directions including but not restricted to entering underground openings, traversing unsafe terrain, driving rules, time constraint issues or failure to follow your guides instructions prior or during the tour.

The Weather :
All Dog sledding tours are weather and snow conditions dependent and we reserve the right to change, re-schedule or cancel tours with yours and the dogs safety in mind.

To know :
All passengers must be present at the tour location 15 to 30 minutes prior to departure.
The tour will take off on the hour to allow the dogs enough rest in between tours.
Failure to show up on time gives Husky Spirit the right to not allow you to participate in the tour, no refund will be made.

Liability:
In all arrangements involving third parties Husky Spirit rejects all possible liability for any miscommunication
between this third party and the participant to the tour. Any arrangement with or through a third party is for risk and
account of the participant.

Husky Spirit will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury to any person or their property occurring during a Tour.

Husky Spirit cannot be held responsible in any way should adverse weather affect the event, including cancellation. All trips are undertaken for risk and responsibility of its participants. Husky Spirit is not liable for accidents caused by the participants or can be attributed to their own actions, and/or involving a third party. No liability is accepted for losses, expenses due to delays, changes of flights, or other services or because of strikes, accidents, sickness, damage, negligence, weather, war, changes in schedules, or other similar causes.

Personal image rights:
You authorize expressly and without any compensation, Husky Spirit, to use any of the photographs taken of you or your children during your trip, for publicity purposes of Husky Spirit.
