Comparing to the price (around €100) for a female haircut and comparing to that there was a dispute in between us for at least 10-15 minutes at the start with Hans as he said to me if I don't trust him lets not do it as he "will get stressed otherwise and the haircut won't be good" (from this a customer would ascertain he is proud of his job and the result) he is far not as maximalist and caring about the CUSTOMER'S NEED and TASTE as my Japanese hairdresser in London. When he finished, - according to his taste and idea - , I asked him to thin down more on the side yet as I don't like it as thick as he left on both sides (in fact I absolutely don't like it on the sides as he cut my very thick hair straight instead of thinning it out enough!), and as there was already another customer waiting, he started to be rushing around (for this price you simply make sure that your customer is of the UTMOST satisfied with the result!!!), and said he "WON'T DO IT TO ME" what I ask for and just finished the haircut totally rushed up and basically threw us out with my partner of the salon as he had the next job waiting for him. (What is the point having in the salon 6-7 chairs if there is only one hairdresser and literally no one else at the premises??) When we arrived back home I noticed multiple longer parts in my hair that were missed out and my hair was full of small pieces falling out! As I AM a maximalist person and I expect my hair to be cut down perfectly the way I LIKE IT as I am wearing it and not the hairdresser I think comparing that Hans has long history in haircutting and won a few rewards in this field he MUST BE MORE WORRIED about the customers' needs and stress INSTEAD OF HIS especially for this price!!! The receptionist and assistant girl's (brown hair, eyeglasses, dark skin) attitude who was washing my hair was BELOW STANDARD and was rough too. SACK HER and exchange her onto a competent member of staff! She is destroying the salon's reputation and aura and makes each of the customers feeling uncomfortable as she made both me and my partner, me also due to the fact that she was UTTERLY primitively and rudely literally staring over at me 75% of the time! Lastly Hans suggested to me an Aveda product that is being sold in their salon, the 'thickening paste for men'. When my partner asked if we can buy the paste anywhere else he replied "No." apart from the salon we can't. Well he was lying as you can even purchase it on Aveda's own website for 6-7 Euros CHEAPER than in the salon (according to the current exchange rate) and also he said to me before during one of my enquiries that Aveda products are 95% natural, whilst when I was in the salon he said they are 100% natural...WHICH ONE as I want to avoid to put rubbish and chemicals on my hair that he clearly doesn't care about!!! Details of the Aveda product and how natural they are from their own website: "DETAILS This 93% naturally derived* paste instantly thickens strands for a strong, defined look with the power of botanicals. Ingredients: Cetearyl Alcohol , Alcohol Denat. , Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate etc."
