needs updating, no elevator, in what seems an old and abandoned, very dirty building. The apartment itself was fine, very clean, however the smart TV programming didn't work, and the owner of the apartment did not have the courtesy to inform us that there is no parking on the property, nor on the street, as it is only available by permit throughout most of this city. So our car was ticketed outside after about an hour - just the time it took us to carry up our luggage over 3 very long floors, unpack, and return downstairs to the car to go out for the evening. For tourists traveling there for the first time, this info is important to divulge in the description of the rental. Also, there were no outlets in the bathroom, however the owner left a hairdryer in it - so how does one dry their hair in the bathroom??? Simple.... you take the long mirror hanging at the entrance ....and bring it to the other side of the apartment ...to the very tiny little bedroom, and prop it up on a table in that very tiny room... then you plug the hairdryer into the only unused outlet in the apartment. Also, be careful not to step out of the bathroom undressed... as the door opens to the wall of the apartment entrance, which is made of antique transparent glass with bars on them, so you will be seen by anyone passing from the corridor outside the apartment.

Nice apartment with new furniture. There are microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee machine, iron, and water heater. TV is a bit old but working. No elevator, there are so many stairs up. Heating is good. Water heating is also good. Bed was not comfortable. Insıde of the building and entry was a bit dirty but the apartment itself is fine.
