Geschichte

As a journalist as well as photographer, he focused his work on subjects ranging from sustainable economics to cultural heritage to photographic method. As a teacher, Abouzeid believes that students need to understand the historical context of the material as a foundation for their work within that subject. “Only by knowing what has gone before will they be able to avoid mistakes and build upon successes.” Abouzeid confirms.

In the present Mark is dedicated to the production company he founded, Cedars Production, trying to create links between communities, raise awareness of pressing risks and transmit traditional knowledge to future generations.
