Newly built and finished in 2008 the apartment is situated in a great winter and summer location in this increasingly popular ski resort. The new Planai lift station and the 2013 World Championships, now make this one of Austrias premier ski resorts.

With 2 bedrooms, the property offers modern light and comfortable accommodation just metres from the town centre and Planai ski lift station. Easy walk to lift, restaurants and cafes.

Schladming is popular both as a summer and winter destination in this 4 mountain ski area (200km of connected piste) which has just hosted the world cup ski championships 2013. In summer the town has street cafes, a large outdoor pool, weekly markets and many visitor attractions. And there is also now the option of booking an evening meal at the nearby Hotel "Neue Post". Summer - A 3 Course meal for 9 Euro or in the winter season a 4 course meal for 12 Euro per person. This could be booked for all the nights of your stay or just selected nights.
