The Robert La Roche brand was founded in 1973 in Vienna.
The Austrian designer Robert La Roche transformed vision aids into fashion
accessories that underscored the personality of the wearer. The glasses
achieved international success and are now also worn by Hollywood
and music stars.

The brand was sold in 2000 to the Austrian eyewear company Michael Pachleitner Group. Since summer 2013 the brand has a new co-owner and managing director, who, together with the designers Klaus Huber and
Alexandra Hötzl-Giselbrecht, is continuing and newly re-interpreting the Robert La Roche tradition. Robert La Roche, a cult brand, today stands more than ever for: sophisticated design, top quality
and intelligent, technical solutions.
