Я Вам расскажу за 504 апартаменты. Очень холодная совмещённая ванная комната, но есть все, что необходимо, но можно примёрзнуть к унитазу))). Стены просят косметического ремонта. Техника на кухне присутствует, все что нужно. Но неужели нельзя положить минимальный набор для гостей: чай, сахар, кофе, соль и включить это в стоимость. Если вы попали в эти апартаменты после 18-00 то вы не где не купите продуктов, т.к все магазины Вены работают до 18-00. А если вы с детьми и вам нужно молоко, и в кофе добавить и детям с утра сварить кашу!!! Далее: нет обувной ложки, проблема одеть обувь. Есть один большой +, это то что окна выходят во двор и не слышно городского транспорта.

i'm NEVER booking at this place again! I hope I saw a review as helpful as this when I made the decision to stay here. This place had BEDBUGS... we found out at 2am in the morning with itches and threw the bedsheets off and turned the lights on to find tiny splotches of blood and oval like bugs crawling on our sheets. We decided to move to the couch which was ALSO infested with the bedbugs. I ended up sleeping on the table with a towel while my mom slept on 4 chairs placed in a row and my dad on the floor. I honestly wish i took pictures because there was about 10-15 bug infesting each blanket.

We ended up leaving early and booking a room to the nearest hotel. Hopefully after this fiasco Royal will wash their sheets after each stay

Sin garage ,solo una toalla por persona para toda la estancia ,muy lejos del centro ,tv no funciona ,la ducha se sale el agua ,nada recomendable

+ Clean, cheap a near to the tram station. 
- There si no parking garage, so you must park  in the street and it takes too much time, very slow Internet (1.27 Mb/s).
