Skills International GmbH (www.skills-int.com) was founded in 2008 in Austria as an active service provider for adult education provision with a branch office in Kosovo. We incorporate selected results of European projects from APS, Verein zur Förderung der Europäischen Kooperationen in Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Bildungsprogrammen. APS was an association and Regional Contact Point for Southern Austria for EU programmes in the field of research and development, Innovation Relay Centre Austria and Regional Contact Point for Leonardo da Vinci Southern Austria.
