Located in the peaceful Kirchboden district, THE LOFT is your home in Wagrain.

The Loft is comprised of two spacious, traditionally decorated flats that can be rented separately or combined to offer spacious accommodation for up to 10 people.

A daily bakery service and taxi service to and from Salzburg airport can be easily organised upon request.

APARTMENT 1
Perfect for a family of four, the small apartment is approximately 45 square metres and includes:
a large double bedroom
a smaller room under the eaves with two single beds for children
a cozy kitchen and living area
two shower rooms each with a sink and toilet
a balcony with wonderful views towards the west and Grafenberg

APARTMENT 2
The large apartment is approximately 75 square metres and includes:
two large double bedrooms each with an en suite shower room
a single bedroom
a kitchen and living room area
a balcony area at both sides of the apartment with views up towards either Grafenberg in the West or Grießenkareck and the top of the Flying Mozart gondola towards the East

Wagrain, described as “the authentic holiday resort of the Salzburg region”, is an enchanting mountain village nestled in a picturesque, sun-drenched valley in the heart of the Austrian Alps.

Wagrain boasts an unparalleled range of both winter and summer activities and as it is within easy reach of many cultural attractions including the UNESCO World Heritage listed sites of the historic centre of Salzburg and the Salzkammergut Cultural Landscape, Wagrain is the ideal holiday destination.

Wagrain is a winter sports paradise.
The resort offers excellently maintained slopes, an extended “snow sure” season and a perfect location.
Not only is Wagrain the central hub of the interconnected three-valley ski area of Flachau, Wagrain and St. Johan/Alpendorf, it is also part of Austria’s largest ski region area, Ski Amadé which offers visitors 860 km of ski slopes and 270 lifts all accessible with one pass.
From neighbouring Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl, easily accessible from Wagrain in less than 10 minutes by one of the many free ski shuttle bus routes in the area, visitors can ski directly in to Zauchensee.
For boarders the Absolut Park in Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl is an absolute must. With a length of 1.5 km, the park is one of the biggest terrain parks in Europe. Additional boarding excitement can be found at the Betterpark Alpendorf atop the Grafenberg peak.
Wagrain also offers visitors with different thrills in mind an extensive network of cross country skiing and winter hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty and a host of other activities including:

The summer season in Wagrain lasts from the end of May until about mid October.

There are nearby castles to explore and the wonderful UNESCO World Heritage listed sites of the historic centre of Salzburg and the Salzkammergut Cultural Landscape all within easy reach.

The Loft is located across the lane from Amadé WaterWorld and its mini golf attraction, it is just a few minutes walk to the outdoor tennis club, a few minutes to the Flying Mozart gondola which takes you up to the Bike Park as well as the Grafenberg gondola which takes you to the beautiful adventure playgrounds and lakes located directly above Wagrain. Those staying at The Loft enjoy free entrance to Amadé WaterWorld.
