That is why in our heritage grain mueslis we use ancient grains like einkorn, emmer and spelt. With our own recultivation project, we strive to increase the variety of heritage grains in our offer. This ensures the preservation of biodiversity and helps us to offer more healthy and tasty heritage grain products in the future. We carefully select our business partners and with our decisions try to promote the growth of organic farming in Europe and at an international level.

Our mueslis: real Tyrolean handcraft

Both high quality ingredients and advanced processing technology are of great importance for us. Our employees in the Tyrolean Alps work by hand throughout the entire production process including the areas of quality management, mixing of our different muesli variations and packaging of our products. That is how our uniquely organic food products are handcrafted.
