Geschichte

The Wackelsteinfestival takes place in midst of a light forrest of fir trees around the last "Wackelstein" that actually still rocks. For three days, the festival presents top bands from Austria and all over Europe, whether they be young and rising or already well known and established. While our main focus lies on folk music in all its wide variety, we are always open for new and interesting music. Apart from the high-quality music, our main characteristic is the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere and the idealism of the project - each cent earned flows back into the festival. The Wackelsteinfestival is made by people who love music for people who love it as well.
