The apartment offers stunning 180 degree views across Lake Zell, the Schmittenhohe mountain and to the Kitzsteinhorne glacier.

In winter you have access to skiing at Zell am See (77km pistes) short walk to nearest lift, the Kitzsteihorn Glacier Kaprun (41km pistes open 10 months a year) and Salbach/Hinterglem Ski Circus (200km pistes) are within a short bus journey.

In summer you can enjoy the all delights of the Alps, from swimming in and sun bathing by Lake Zell to downhill mountain biking and white water rafting Zell am See has it all.
