Geschichte

Tara Gabriele Schafarik is an Austrian Balance® Kinesiologist and Personal & Team Counceller, she is trained in Family Constellation, NLP, Deep Ecology and Shamanic Healing. She has been practicing and teaching for the last 10 years in Europe and Asia.

Insights pursues a holistic approach combining eastern and western sciences to restore physical, emotional & energetic balance and health. Aim is to open the connection with our inner wisdom and to bring us in contact with our true nature.

Take a shortcut – solve your problem from within
Sometimes we feel that our life flow is blocked. Thinks do not work out like we wish, people disappoint us, we feel like running in circles, fall back in old patterns, feel bad about ourselves and loose energy.
Sometimes we can`t let go of old pain. We meet and feel it, caused by different situations and triggers. We hardly find ways to express that pain at all or show it in a not appropriate way. We loose energy.
Sometimes our body gives us signals of imbalance. We get ill, body symptoms or allergies border us, symptoms become chronic. Our emotions and energetic blocks behind these symptoms often stay hidden. We loose energy.

Sometimes we seek for answers and solutions for our problems and imbalance in the outside. We take a lot of effort to blame or change the circumstances around us or hunt for advises and more information.

Insights follows systemic approaches, recognizing the individual as one part of the whole, connected with each other part. By reconnecting to our true nature we find re connection to the whole and gain enormous wisdom and the power to change our reality and environment by changing ourselves and our actions.

We have carried beliefs our whole lives that do not sit well with us. Now is the time to let these beliefs go. It´s okay.

Insights Kinesiology Training Courses

Kinesiology is a holistic approuch that combines ancient and modern sciences to restore physical, emotional & energetic balance and health. By by-passing our minds to reach our body's inner wisdom the practise of kinesiology helps to bring us in contact with our true self and to activate our self healing capacity.

This intensive Level 1-6 program is a powerful approach on its own and provides also an ideal complimentary tool to other holistic practises. It is suitable for anyone who wants to feel empowered to work with their own growth to resolve personal challenges, alongside supporting others.

You can start the practice already after the 1st level.

Our courses are based on these 3 essential pillars of meaningful success:
• Clarity: We hold space in the course for you to clear your own imbalances and find your very personal motivation to support others on their path.
• Strategy: We provide you with highly effective tools, testing tables and sequences to perform Insights Kinesiology sessions.
• Motive: We aim for a loving connection with ourselves, the earth and its beings to create significant changes for the good of all

Further Details On The Course
Whilst the course will provide you with the rich techiques to practise Insights Kinesiology it is also a deep exploration of the self and our connection to the world. Participants will come away more grounded, authentic and with a stronger connection to their intuitive selves.

Supporting the core of Kinesiology muscle testing, the training also integrates influences from other modalities including Coaching, Bach Flower Remedies, Family Constellations, Inner Child Work, Deep Ecology and Shamanic Teachings.

Content
With kinesiology muscle testing you can test substances as well as locate energetic blocks which cause imbalance shown as fear, confusion, anger, sadness, unwanted habits, supressed emotions or body symptoms.

Working with different stress release techniques you are able to de-stress acute symptoms and help people in finding the strength and courage to move forward with their lives and connect to the world in a new way.

Level I - Kinesiology basics & testing of nutrition and other substances
•Techniques of Muscle Testing for oneself and others
•Theory: Kinesiology and Muscle Testing
•Introduction to System Thinking and Shamanic approaches - from stress response towards relation
•Holding space: Being in our center and connecting with others, creating a safe setting
•Testing of substances: Allergy testing, Nutrition Testing Sequence, Bach Flowers Testing Sequence

Level 2 - The Insights Testing Sequence to release energetic imbalances
•Working with the Insights Testing Sequence (based on the 13 Chakras)

•Stress release techniques: Tapping, Body Movement, Trances

Level 3 - Gaining power - owning our stories
