Each class is different as well with the focus placed on different aspect of the physical or energetic body. The classes are connected with each other and every time we upgrade and deepen different details of the practice. So you should be regular if you want to get the benefit out of it. But you can also just come to try - I give plenty of variations depends on the abilities of everybody.
